Conditions of Use

By using the Serfacit website and assessment service, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to the terms and conditions and will comply.  If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to not use the website or the assessment service on either a Free Trial or License basis. ANBECO, LLC only grants use and access of the Serfacit website and assessment services to those who have accepted these Terms of Service.

 

Privacy Policy

It is essential that the use of Serfacit be associated with confidentiality to protect any and all observed for the purpose of analysis. Much like a performance review, Serfacit results should be treated as highly confidential and be shared with only appropriate management, security, or Human Resources personnel. If an Serfacit license or licenses or acquired, an organization wide statement shall be distributed publicly that “an insider threat behavior assessment system has been acquired and can be used for any person or persons in the organization.”

 

Intellectual Property   

You agree that all materials, products and services provided on this protected website are the property of ANBECO, LLC including any copyrights, patents and any other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute assessment intellectual property in any way including electronic, digital, or any patented operations other than a final report.

 

User Accounts

As a user of the Serfacit assessment service, you will be asked to register with us and provide information for licensure and permission to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information and for maintaining the safety and security of your personal information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account password, and you will not share your Serfacit Password for any other person to use if you have a license. If you believe your login information is being misused contact us immediately so that we ca address is accordingly. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts if used improperly, including your personal license. Any refunds are prorated.

 

Applicable Laws

By visiting the website and using the Serfacit assessment service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, including laws governing the use of patents. You agree to keep any and all InAlyzer assessment reports/results confidential and to be shared only with appropriate internal security/management and/or human resources personnel.

 

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to the Serfacit website or reporting services or purchases from ANBECO, LLC shall be arbitrated by local, state, or federal laws/court. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venues of such courts/legal services.

 

Indemnifications

You agree to indemnify ANBECO, LLC against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. ANBECO, LLC reserves the right to edit, modify, or change the Terms of Service at any time. We shall let all users of InAlyzer know of any modifications by electronic mail. This document is an agreement between ANBECO, LLC and the User and supersedes any previous agreement.
